PH serial killer set to be arraigned in Court (Photos)

Gracious David-West, the notorious serial killer who was arrested in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, will be arraigned before Justice Adulphos Enebeli of the state High Court today October 21st. He has arrived in the court and will be arraigned soon.

The serial killer who confessed to killing seven women in different hotels was arrested on Thursday, September 19, by officers attached to the Rivers State Police Command.
