Five Inmates electrocuted in Ikoyi Prison

Five inmates have been electrocuted in the Ikoyi prison today Monday, December 2nd. Many other inmates injured in the incident are currently receiving medical attention.

A statement released by the press officer, Ministry of Interior, Jane Osuji, says the Minister, Rauf Aregbesola, has ordered an investigation into the incident.
