Abacha loot must be used to develop Ogoni kingdom in honour of Ken Saro-Wiwa – Comrade Victor James

If Buhari is genuine, the Abacha loot should be used to develop Ogoni kingdom as promised in his first term agenda, on Ogoni clean up because the money was stolen from the Niger Delta oil where Ken Saro Wiwa belongs.

This is to show respect for Ken and others who were executed by hanging during the Sani Abacha regime.
