The phrase ”Dear Lagosians” is the number one trending topic on Twitter NG today and it contains open letters/good wishes for residents of Lagos who have been largely affected by the ban of commercial motorcycles and tricycles (Okada and Keke).
Lagosians are resorting to any form of transport to get from point A to B
