Amanda Bynes calls off engagement to fiance just 3 weeks after he Proposed

Amanda Bynes has called off her engagement to her fiance Paul Michael just 3 weeks after she announced that she was engaged.

Paul Michael confirmed the news Sunday to In Touch. He said they have broken up but he added that he still loves Amanda and considers her his best friend.

Information about their split comes after Amanda cleared her social media pages of any photos of her and Paul together, which led some to speculate that they’d parted ways.

The former Nickelodeon child star hasn’t spoken on the split yet, and the reason for the split remains unclear.

Amanda and Paul met in Alcoholics Anonymous classes and had only been dating for a few months before he popped the question. However, it was revealed that her family felt the relationship wasn’t in her best interest. And since her mother is her conservator, Amanda couldn’t get married without her consent.
