#CoronavirusInNigeria: Let’s save our Country – BBnaija’s Mercy Eke advises Nigerians
Lagos state Commissioner for health, Prof. Akin Abayomi had advised participants at the African Magic Viewers’ Choice Award, AMVCA which held on 14th March 2020 to observe strict self-isolation as they may have come in contact with an individual who tested positive for coronavirus.
As a result of this advise, some celebrities have been revealing their personal efforts to contain the spread, one of such celebs is the winner of Big Brother Naija 2019, Mercy Eke.
Mercy took to her Twitter account and disclosed that she has been adhering strictly to the directives from health officials in line with the revelation that they might have been exposed to contracting the virus.
She wrote; “Already taking this seriously, our health is wealth. let’s all do our best to save our country ”
