Stop looking for acceptance, focus on your journey and run your race – Kate Henshaw
Kate Henshaw, also credited as Kate Henshaw-Nuttall (born 19 July 1971), has advised fans and followers to worry less about other peoples opinions about them and focus more on their goals and aspirations.
Kate Henshaw reiterated an advise she had given before as she said that people should learn to stop seeking acceptance from others when they ought to be more focused on their journey.
The fitness enthusiast who gave advice via her social media page stressed the need for everyone to run their individual races in life.
