#Coronavirus: 86 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Nigeria
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) have announced the confirmation of 86 new COVID-19 cases in the country on Sunday, 20th April 2020. The total cases discovered in Nigeria is now 627.
According to the NCDC 70 cases were newly discovered in Lagos, 7 in Abuja, 3 in Katsina, 3 in Akwa Ibom, 1 in Jigawa, 1 in Bauchi and 1 in Borno.
Also, the number of deaths from the virus has risen to 21 as at the time of this report.
