Nigerians scoop palm oil spilled on the road in Ogun (Video)

A video making the rounds on social media captured the moment some residents of a community in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state scooped palm oil which spilt on the road from a tanker.

The residents, not minding the unhygienic condition of the oil trooped to the spot where it spilt and began scooping into their various storage cans.

Some social media users blamed the action on poverty coupled with the ongoing coronavirus lockdown in some states in the country.
