Watch videos from some robbery scenes in different parts of Lagos amid lockdown
Some residents of Lagos State witnessed robbery attacks yesterday on Sunday, April 12, not more than 24 hours after #Lagosunrest took its first spot in Nigerian Twitter trends over same attacks amid the lockdown order issued by the government over the outbreak of Coronavirus in the country.
Affected communities which are all in the mainland area of the state include Iyana Ipaja, Agege, Egbeda, Dopemu. It was also alleged that there was little or no police presence in these areas at the time of the attacks.
