Watch African native doctors hold ritual ceremony to get justice for George Floyd (Video)
In response to police brutality in the US, and systematic racism, a group of African native doctors held a ritual ceremony to demand justice for George Floyd.
A video sighted by Lucipost, shows native doctors in Benin republic organising a ritual ceremony to get justice for George Floyd from the “gods.”
George Floyd was an unarmed black man, who was killed by a police officer who knelt on his neck for over nine minutes.
His death has sparked protest across the globe, with many calling for an end to racism.
In Nigeria, protesters have also gathered to call for an end of racism and also justice for Floyd.
Now a ritual ceremony was held for George Floyd but the native doctors also called for justice for other black people killed unjustly in the United States, including Trayvon Martins, Michael Brown, Botham Jean, and Ahmaud Arbery.
During the ceremony in Dahomey, Benin Republic, a portrait of George Floyd was given pride of place on the altar. Chickens and a ram were killed and the blood was sprinkled around the altar.
Also, during the ritual, George Floyd’s name was mentioned multiple times. His killers were also mentioned as a “voodoo hex” was released on them.
