I lied to my friends that I lost my job and my girlfriend was the first to leave me – Man laments

Jackson Van Staden, a South African medical practitioner, has revealed how his girlfriend left him after he pretended to have lost his job.

The Twitter user decided to put his friends to a test, so he took a leave from work and told his close friends and girlfriend that he was fired.

However, after faking that he lost his fortunes, his girlfriend was first to leave him, followed by his friends. This made him conclude that no one cares about him and that he should put himself first.
