#Coronavirus: Usain Bolt Tests Positive For COVID-19
8th-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Usain Bolt has tested positive for Covid-19 after celebrating his 34th birthday with many guests over the weekend.
The Jamaican Health Minister, Christopher Tufton confirmed this new development on Monday, August 25.
The world record holder disclosed in a video posted on Instagram that he took the test on Saturday and has taken the responsible step of self-isolating, although he is asymptomatic.
This was before his test result came back positive.
Usain Bolt is currently in quarantine and has advised everyone who has been in close contact with him to self-isolate.
