Fans favourite, Laycon has become the first housemate in the history of Big Brother Naija to reach 1 million followers on Instagram while still in the house.

Laycon who had less than 5,000 followers before stepping into the BBNaija house now has 1 million followers on the social media platform.

He has also been verified on the social networking platform which was a feat he achieved not long after he stepped into the house.

Laycon was the first housemate of BBNaija season 5 “Lockdown” to be verified and now he is the first, not just this season but in the history of the show to hit the million followers mark.
