#LekkiMassacre: Eyewitness Recounts Horrible Experience After Seeing Dead Bodies Thrown Into The Truck (Video)

An eye witness of the Lekki massacre recounts his horrible experience in the event that led to the unlawful killings of civil protesters.

He said in an interview with BBC Africa that he felt he was going to die after seeing dead bodies been thrown in the truck.

According to the London based Nigerian, Ephraim who moved to Nigeria to start a business in Nigeria said he still can’t recover from the trauma of what happened at Lekki on the 20th of October, 2020.

He joined the protest, calling on the government to End Police brutality in Nigeria but what started as a peaceful turned into a massacre perpetrated by the Nigerian Army.

Ephraim was at the event when the shooting started, he was injured by a glass and went to the hospital with his friends.

Still, at the hospital on Wednesday trying to sort out care for the people, more people came to the hospital with gunshot wounds, he recounts.
