The Speaker of Lagos state house of assembly, Mudashiru Obasa during the controversial plenary which he presided upon days ago, was spotted leading other lawmakers in observing one minute silence for patriotic Lagosians who lost their lives in the violence which erupted in the state.
The Speaker, however, made a clarification, he stated that the one-minute silence was for patriotic Lagosians who died and not miscreants killed by the police.
