“Burna Boy songs are inspirational, they should be played in churches” – Man says
Congratulations are in order for two of Nigeria’s biggest music exports – Wizkid and Burna Boy – as they shone brightly at the recently concluded Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards.
Wizkid snagged the award, yet again, for the Best African Act at the award show. The MOBO Awards happened on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, virtually on YouTube.
Wizkid was the winner of the category which had a competitive lineup of stars like Davido, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, etc.
This comes three years after he became the first African artist to have won the BET Award and MOBO Award for Best African Act.
