A CCTV footage showing the moment a bystander was robbed of his phone by thieves has been shared online.
In the 22 seconds video which has gone viral, the bystander, a male, was making a call when three men on a motorcycle stopped in front of him. One of them brandishing a machete came down from the motorcycle and snatched his phone from him while hitting him with the weapon. The victim was in fear but tried to get his phone back, however, he was threatened with a machete by the robber.
His attackers fled the scene afterwards.
