Spend 30 Mins To 1 Hour On Foreplay Alone, Before Penetration – $£x Coach Urges Couples
A Nigerian Life coach and Psychologist known as Ami Secrets on Twitter has urged couples to endeavour to spend more time doing foreplay before having actual s3xual intercourse.
Taking to her page, the Abuja-based sekz coach advised couples to learn to engage in foreplay that should last for about 30-1hour and not be in a haste to start penetrating into the woman’s honeypot.
She tweeted;
Couples should learn to spend 30mints-1hour working on foreplay alone, instead of always rushing to penetrate.
