Truck crushes two best friends to death in Delta (Graphic Photos/Video)
A cement-laden truck reportedly crushed two final year students of the Delta State University (DELSU) Abraka, to death.
The victims identified as Emmanuel Maduka and Timeyin Okoromadu were crushed to death by the truck on Tuesday, May 4th.
According to viral reports, the deceased were best friends and met their death when the driver tried to avoid a motorcyclist and another vehicle plying the ever-busy Police station road in Abraka.
The truck skidded off the road and fell on the side where it crushed the victims. It was learnt that the two students were supposed to graduate in a few months time.
Videos of the scene show Maduka’s body partly trapped under the trailer, and Timeyin lying on a side of the road while sympathizers made frantic efforts to rescue any other victim by unloading the cement truck.
