#BBNaija 2021: JMK, Angel, Jaypaul, Peace and Nini win Tecno Challenge; to get N250K each

The Big Brother Naija season 6: Shine Ya Eye housemates had a challenge that was sponsored by Tecno mobile in the house which brought out the creative side of the housemates.

The Tecno challenge was divided into 3 phases. The phases are,

Word Unscrambler, the housemates were given a manual to read about the Tecno Phantom X phone which they were later called into the Arena to use their cognitive skills. Housemates in teams were called to pick words that have been spelt backwards and unscramble the words, the team with the most words wins the game

X Rush, the teams were asked to fill an X shaped box with balls of different colours, the task was divided into 5 parts which the team members have to take part in, there were Blue, White, Green, Black balls when your team finish filling the box the last team member will run to the garden to pick a gift ball which s/he will have to bring back to the Arena which must be placed on the X shaped box.

Drama and Video editing, the housemates had hours to come up with a 7 minutes long drama which they will record with the Phantom X phones and edit themselves. The teams were given different topics about some of the ills in Nigeria to work with. Team Excellent was given Domestic Violence, Team Exclusive was given Drug Abuse, Team Extraordinary was given Gender Equality and Team Exceptional was given Child Education.

The housemates participated in the task in groups namely,

Team Excellent: JMK, Angel, Jaypaul, Peace, Nini

Team Extraordinary: Saskay, Maria, Yousef, Tega, Queen

Team Exclusive: Liquorose, Michael, Emmanuel, Pere, White Money

Team Exceptional: Boma, Jackie B, Sammie, Cross, Saga

The teams took turns to participate in all the challenges, Team Exclusive won the Word Unscrambler challenge, Team Exceptional won the X Rush challenge while Team Excellent won the Drama and Video editing challenge.

For winning the Word Unscrambler, Team Exclusive members were rewarded with N100,000 with Tecno branded items each, same goes for Team Exceptional members that won the X Rush challenge while Team Excellent members were rewarded with N250,000 and 1 Tecno Phantom X phone each.
