“I want to be a responsible father”- Man storms Osun secretariat with roll-up banner to beg the state governor for a job
An unemployed graduate identified as Oladayo Oyebowale, stormed the Osun state secretariat on Monday, August 16th to beg the governor for a job.
The 33-year-old father of three who stationed himself at the state secretariat’s entrance with a roll-up banner that had his resume revealed he’s been out of a job since January due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to Oyebowale, a master’s student at the University of Ilorin he’s in dire need of a job to be a responsible father to his children.
Part of the inscriptions on the banner reads, “Governor Gboyega Oyetola, Please I need a job. I want to be a responsible father.”
This is coming after a Nigerian lady identified as Rachel Atinuke hit the street to beg for a job shortly after completing her one-year national youth service.
Atinuke who passed out alongside other 2020 Batch ‘A’, National Youth Service Corps Members, yesterday, February 18th, took to the street to look for a job, moments after her passing out parade (POP).
The lady who desperately doesn’t want to join the long list of unemployed graduates, took to the streets on Thursday with a placard to beg for a job while still wearing her NYSC uniform.
