Ultimate love stars, Theresa and Iyke have reportedly ended their relationship, two months after their much-publicized engagement.
Recall that the first runner-up couple of the maiden edition of the reality TV show got engaged on Theresa’s 25th birthday on May 19 and the grand proposal was streamed live on Instagram.
The video captured the moment Theresa walked into a well-decorated room with flowers, balloons, confetti and wallboard which reads “Will you marry me?”. Iyke went on one knee and asked her to be his wife, and she said YES.
Well, in a new development Theresa took to her Instagram page on Wednesday, August 11, to announce their split.
According to her, they have decided to go their separate ways, a decision they believe is best for them and pleaded with their fans to respect their decision.
“I’m sorry to all Iykeresa lovers and believers but we’ve decided to go our separate ways which we believe is the best for us. We hope you respect our decision as we forge ahead with our lives and careers.” She wrote.
