Union official hangs on moving Keke Napep over rider’s refusal to pay N50

A video making rounds on social media shows the moment a man was hanging on a tricycle (Keke Napep) which was in motion.

It was gathered that the man is an official of the union that collects park fees from Keke riders. He had requested the usual money but the Keke rider in the video refused and drove away with his passengers.

Just as he was driving out, the man hung onto the front part of the Keke and refused to let go even as the tricycle was moving at high speed.

The passengers and Keke riders could be heard telling the union official that he would not get any money.
