Actor, Uche Maduagwu has dragged Lagos Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for declaring a 3-day mourning period over the Ikoyi building collapse.

Uche Maduagwu in a post shared on his Instagram page said the governor should stop “magnifying his negligence” by declaring such a mourning period.

According to him, the Lagos State governor did not declare any period of mourning for victims of the Lekki toll gate shooting incident that happened in October 2020.

The Nollywood actor also questioned why the Ikoyi building which was supposed to have 15 storeys, had 21 storeys built and no Lagos Government agency monitored compliance, the same way they monitor okada riders in the state.
