Christmas: FG felicitates with Nigerians; declares free train rides from Dec 24 to Jan 4

In light of the Yuletide season, the Nigerian Government felicitates with citizens as it declares free train rides from December 24 to January 4, 2022.

The Managing Director of the Railway Corporation (NRC), Mr Fidet Okhiria noted that the decision was made in collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation in a bid to ease the movement of citizens during the yuletide.

Speaking in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday in Abuja, Mr Fidet said, ”This is to help ease the cost of transportation and enable citizens to move easily to enjoy the festive period.
