Throwback video of 5-year-old Hanifa Abubakar kidnapped and killed by her schoolteacher in Kano
A heartbreaking video of the late five-year-old pupil, Hanifa Abubakar, who was murdered by her school teacher has been shared online.
It was earlier reported that Hanifa was kidnapped and killed by her school teacher, one Abdulmalik Mohammed Tanko, in Kano last December, despite having collected part of the N6 million ransom.
Her corpse was discovered and exhumed a few days ago at the location where he had buried her remains.
The school teacher who has been arrested by the Kano State Police Command and is currently in their custody has now disclosed that he killed her with N100 rat poison.
Before her tragic death, the innocent little girl was filmed asking everyone to protect themselves, and the heart-wrenching video is currently making rounds on social media.
“We should protect ourselves, we should follow the rules, We should protect our health Arewa24 is our own.” she is quoted as saying
