A car advert has been taken down shortly after a Twitter user @Oluwademilola shared proof of it being a ‘stolen’ car.

The drama occurred after a Nigerian man identified with the handle @hiddenfigure3 had taken to the micro-blogging platform to share photos of a Lexus sport utility vehicle which was put up for sale for N29 million.

He wrote: “American used Lexus R350 for sale, atink that you can see it, like eleyi clean pa, don’t sleep on it guys. Going for 29 (negotiable) Kindly retweet please.”

Shortly after, another Twitter user who reacted to the advert shared proof of it being a ”stolen” car, thus the deletion of the advert.
