“Fooling this generation is a very hard task” – Timi Dakolo to politicians amidst fake bishops’ saga

Popular singer and songwriter, Timi Dakolo, mocks Nigerian politicians following the fake Catholic priest support pulled by a political party.

The All Progressives Congress, APC, had allegedly hired fake Catholic bishops during the public presentation of Kashim Shettima as the vice presidential aspirant for the upcoming election.

Reacting to the backlash that trailed the party following images that surfaced on the internet which confirmed majority of the bishops as false, Timi Dakolo ridiculed politicians.

In a tweet, the singer emphasized the awareness, participation of the youths and the power of social media.

“Dear politicians, Fooling this generation is a very hard task. I mean Almost impossible. We are aware and knowledgeable,” he wrote.

The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN also disprove the supposed bishops while daring the party to state the names of the so-called priests.
