Moment overzealous fan throws phone at Wizkid to make a video on stage (Video)
A video showing the daring moment an overzealous fan flung a mobile phone at Grammy award winner, Wizkid on stage has gone viral.
The superstar singer was performing at an recently held event when a fan decided to take extreme measure to get Wizkid to make a video with his phone.
The Made in Lagos star, who was donned in white, was on stage miming his hit track Essence, when a fan who desperately wanted the singer to record himself with his phone tossed his phone at him.
The fan daringly threw the phone towards the performer, who, to everyone’s surprise, scooped it up and began filming while singing – this elicited enthusiastic cheers from the crowd.
Afterwards, Wizkid threw the phone back in the direction it had come from as he continued his stage performance.
