#NigeriaDecides2019Results: INEC officially declares Atiku winner in Akwa Ibom State
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the winner of the presidential election conducted in Akwa Ibom State.
Atiku polled a total of 395,832 beating the incumbent, President Buhari of the All Progressive Congress who polled, 175,429. The difference between the main opposition party, PDP, and the ruling party, APC, is 220,403.
