In a quite unsurprising version of events in the country, a Twitter user has taken to his page to share the innovation which was invented by a hospital in Enugu.

The user shared the rather embarrassing photo of what is used as a wheelchair – according to his tweet, the chair is supposedly used at the emergency unit of the teaching hospital in the state.

Sharing the photo on his page, the user wrote,

UNTH Enugu Upgraded their Emergency and casualty Wheelchair to 4G.

Am i the only person who noticed this?
