Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr invites 24 players for Sierra Leone clash this Month

Super Eagles Of Nigeria move up 4 spots in the new FIFA ranking

Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr has invited twenty-four players for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying clash against Sierra Leone this month.

Among the 24 players are Germany–based defender Kingsley Ehizibue, and Holland-based striker Cyril Dessers, who were both called up for the first time, while Kelechi Iheanacho was recalled back to the team after he failed to make the final squad that represented Nigeria at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

Nigeria will first play the Leone Stars at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba on Friday, March 27, before flying to Freetown for the second leg at the Siaka Stevens Stadium on Tuesday, March 31.
